Today's Swagbucks success story is from Lydia: My fiance and I were on the search for the perfect wedding rings. We went to a local jeweler and picked out a white gold wedding band for my husband. The price tag was $500. My fiance did not care about the metal, and I didn’t like the look of the ring. The search continued, and we looked in another jewelry store. The tungsten and titanium rings were around $150… however, my fiance turned to Amazon.com and found a similar ring for only $25! I had been earning Swagbucks by using Swagbucks.com as my homepage and as my main search engine. I also earned a fair number of Swagbucks by watching Swagbucks tv on my iPod touch (I just mute the iPod and let it do its thing). So with those Swagbucks, we easily had enough to completely pay for the $25 ring! I love the ring that he purchased, and also love that Swagbucks paid for everything! -Lydia

We’re huge Adventures in Odyssey fans at our house, so when this 90 Devotions for Kids book arrived in the mailbox, Kathrynne was so stoked about it that she asked if she could go through it starting that very day. While it’s supposed to be a 90-day devotional, Kathrynne enjoyed it so much that she read through it in a lot fewer than 90 days. And she loved it! I’m hoping that we can go through it soon together as a family, too! Speaking of devotions, one of our family’s favorite ways to make Bible time happen consistently is by doing it at meal time. Not only are meals something that happen every day at our house, but it’s also a time when everyone is gathered around the table and the kids have their hands and mouths busy eating.  So it’s much easier for them to concentrate and pay attention then it might be at other times during the day. If you have young kids, I’d definitely recommend trying this — especially if you want to have regular Bible times but you’re struggling to make that desire a reality. If your kids love Adventures in Odyssey, I’d definitely recommend checking out 90 Devotions for Kids as I think it will really engage them and also will open up the door for great family discussions.
