She showed you how to make hamburger, chicken, and other meat ahead of time to freeze. Then, she gave at least 10 different recipes for using the pre-prepared meat. I gleaned a lot from her advice on the best ways to use different cuts of meat. I also thought she did a thorough job explaining what the labeling such as “all-natural” or “organic” means on meat. My favorite tip of all was her suggestion to come up freezer cooking ideas by strolling through the frozen foods section of the grocery store. I’ve never thought of doing that specifically for the purpose and thought it was fantastic — especially for those people who are wondering whether freezer cooking could really work for them.
