:: Freezer Cooking in a Hour: Crockpot Refried Beans, Breakfast Cookies, Cherry-Chocolate Cookies

Well, this week’s Freezer Cooking in an Hour session wasn’t as successful as I was hoping for.

I started out by throwing everything in the crockpot for the World's Easiest Crockpot Refried Beans. This truly is the easiest recipe ever.

Then, I whipped up the Healthy Choco-Cherry Oatmeal Cookies. I was really happy with how these turned out. They are packed with wholesome goodness and are yummy, too.

I was disappointed in the Breakfast Cookies. I really wanted to love them, but they just didn’t compare to the other Breakfast Cookies I made recently.

And 45 minutes later, I had a big ‘ole mess to clean up. :)

Recipes made:

World's Easiest Crockpot Refried Beans
Healthy Choco-Cherry Oatmeal Cookies
Breakfast Cookies
